Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our CRM, our messaging provider, title and escrow companies, and lenders — and only as needed to carry out the transaction you contacted us about. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent for anyone else's marketing.
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
